In addition, modern cars have up to 100 different onboard sensors—a number that could double as consumer demand, industry standards and technological developments push manufacturers to design “smarter” vehicles1. So what happens when one of these “computers on wheels” is involved in a collision? How can your body shop create a repair plan that addresses both the structural components and the electronics?
