Brian Allen

VP of Government Affairs, Enlyte Pharmacy Solutions

The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries adopted updates to its workers' compensation drug formulary. The changes include adding several new drug classes—D7K, G0A, S26, V11, W9O and Z6B. The new drug classes added do not include any preferred drugs. In the existing class B6W, generic levetiracetam was added to the preferred list.

These changes are effective on April 1, 2020. Mitchell ScriptAdvisor will have these changes deployed in advance of the effective date.
