Mitchell Pharmacy Solutions Responds to COVID-19 National Emergency

The country is facing an unprecedented emergency related to the COVID-19 virus and it is disrupting many facets of our daily lives. Most states have declared an emergency and the CDC and the White House have issued strong recommendations to limit public exposure. We know how important it is for claimants to receive their needed medications.

Effective immediately, Mitchell Pharmacy Solutions will be implementing the emergency protocol for all prescriptions being dispensed in the United States. This will allow claimants to obtain early refills and fills for longer durations, where appropriate and in keeping with state laws.

Mitchell Pharmacy Solutions also has a mail-order service that can be made available to claimants who are self-quarantining or are concerned about exposure to the virus and would like medications delivered to their homes.

Our thoughts are with all those impacted by the virus. Mitchell is working diligently to continue to provide a high level of service while minimizing risk and exposure for our Mitchell team and the people we serve.
